Colin Grainger established Consultz Ltd in October 2002. Since 1990, Colin has been delivering road asset management and transportation solutions in New Zealand, Australia and the United States of America.

Lloyd Roberts joined Consultz Ltd in 2006. Since 1976, Lloyd has been providing transport engineering and governance services to the South Australian Government.
