OUR TEAM
Consultz International assisted the NZ Transport Agency(NZTA) to establish a new Traffic Management Centre in Auckland (2010). Consultz International personnel provided key project management services for the fit out of the new Traffic Management Centre as well as preparing Statement of Interest and Ability (SIA) and Request For Tender (RFT) documents for their Video Wall which – a key feature of the new centre. NZ Transport Agency requested Consultz International to lead the Tender Evaluation Team.
